Call  for an ex brother in law saying he will get court summons.

i got the same call  saying they were from a legal office who actually had some information on me. I stupidly gave them my debit card number but am cancelling that card.   I thought they said their name was ARS & Associates  however I looked that name up and they are a payroll and tax company

Called my son telling him had summons for me...no co name scammmer!!

A company wanting to serve seth randell. Don't know the guy,  never heard of him. I've been called before by these azz holes. I called to tell them to stop calling me. 2nd and 3rd time not so polite. I don't think they like me. lol they claim to remove my number but still the calls continue.  Ready to put there call back  number on blast.

Called  me - sounded like the company was AOS?  Wanted me to call 866-319-0456,  But I would like to know what it is first.  Said they had been trying to contact me with no sucess but was able to leave this message?  Strange...

They just called and left a message stating they had been trying to reach me for several days with no success, which is a complete lie. Have never heard of these people or from them ever. The girl that left the message was also stuttering her words, like she wasn't sure what to say. It's a scam, so don't call them back unless you want them to continue to call you. Eventually they'll quit. I know this because I've been getting other scam calls randomly all year. If you ever ordered anything online, you're on the list forever now.

Got a call from them asking for someone, when I asked for information on who they are calling from they refused to provide the information. I continued to ask what company they are calling from and she was unable to answer where she was calling from. Definitely a scam. Probably hoping to get personal information from the people they are calling. Closest I could get to a company name was "pre-legal".

list...  The guy started in talking about some type of summons..  I laughed at him and told him not to call back.

Had just received a call from these people. It was a recording so I never spoke to someone. I was told that they were going to come to my job give me a summons or come to my house and give me a summons. It's not the first time they had called. This company also had called my brother looking for me. I had called them a few weeks ago to find out what this was about and when I spoke to the person on the phone the gentleman got very nasty with me and I asked for the docket number and the number to the courts and he refused to give me any information. So I had told him that I would pay and that I was going to send a money order from my bank and he said that they did not accept that that I had to go to Walmart to get a prepaid debit card and pay that way. Once he said that I had to do that I knew it was a scam. Once I told him to talk to my lawyer he got very defensive and started getting very nasty with me so I said that I am not paying until I get all the information from the courts. Then he started yelling back and hung up the phone on me. I'm sure that's not the last call I'm going to get from these people and the company that they're saying they are calling from have been sued numerous times before from another company since other people are getting scammed by the company they're claiming to be calling from.

Hey call me constantly and say that I've stayed at their resort in the past yet I don't go anywhere they're liars and full of it!

Fake summons and legal action company coming to my business and my home

These people keep calling about a summons . Not respond it's a scam

They called and got payment from me to. Stayed civil and legal charges said threy were trying to locate me I was on vacation and crying . Called my brother . I reported as fraud but they actually did send me an email confirmation. They stated it was for SunTrust the email says castle payday I've never heard of and acct number from Assurance (them) and original acct number from castle payday :/ they already knew all my info and threatened me /recorded me / I gave them my credit card. :(
