Anna Potter left a message. Stated that i need to sign papers or an affidavit would be given stated I would no longer need her services. I called back and I got a voicemail and extension for a Jackie Harris. No one answered. Totally confused. Never stated the company name.

The "process server" scam seems to be on a roll today.  This is an attempt by extortionists to scare you into paying them money.

Got a call a from Anna Potter about serving me papers.  Said she has tried at my home and business with no success and will try again tomorrow.   Funny thing is I havent missed a day of work in 6 months and the last two weeks I have had a sick relative at my house so someone has been home 24-7 and know one has showed at either place in the last couple of weeks or days. Dont know what the scam is but i am not taking the bait!

They are hoping to SCARE you into paying them (whether or  not you actually did owe money).  Block the call & the read BigA's comments just above your post.
