left a message didnt say who they were calling for just left a call back number.  I have no outstanding debts so i would be cautious of who they are

Mgr capital services. To file a complaint. Ministry of public and business service delevery.{Ontario} 1-800-889-9768.

Bottom of the barrel debt collection company. They will call whatever number they have on file and will not remove it even if the person they are looking for has changed their number, and they lie about their do not call list. They will also give account information out via text before confirming it is the intended recipient, including name and balance.
Filing a complaint with the CRTC and Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery is the only way to attempt to get them to stop.

I don't have any outstanding bills, ticket or debts, they have been calling me for the past three years on and off. For what reasons i don't know until now.

Incessantly calling from various numbers to my business phone number. Starting early in the morning. Spoke to an agent once and they insisted on having my personal information for verification and when I refused, they became abusive. Since that encounter the calls became non stop, from several different phone numbers, sometimes leaving a "call us back" message and most times no message left. It's harassment

They've called three times (I blocked them after the second call) and left messages for the correct last name but two different first initials (neither of which was mine) and cited two different file numbers.  If anyone has called them back, how much personal information did they request before revealing what company they are representing because it sounds like they are spoofing the Caller I.D. number and phishing for information.  I do not owe any money and all of my bills are in my full name.  Companies do not turn delinquent accounts over to a Collection Agency until they have tried themselves to recover the money so, if you haven't received any overdue notices or requests for payment from the companies you deal with, I would question the legitimacy of whoever is calling from this number.

I see that there are 3 posts in this thread that identify the same debt collector so why do you need to call them back to find out who they are?
