They are out of business and under the name of Yello Local Directory and are pretending to be stationed in Las Vegas, Nevada and their price is now $499.99, they are located in Montreal Quebec with locations in India and Phillipeens. Hope this helps and if someone with an accent going by the name of either Richard or Chris Wilson claiming the owner authorized it is fraudulant.

They are now Yellow Local Directory and are at a different location within the same city of Montreal, they get companies information using AT & T's Yellowpages.com for their leads so AT & T is inadvertantly providing the info for them. You very well could be setting up a free advertisement with AT & T and have a charge by a bogus company to cancel the listing. If you can get Yellowpages.com to get their site accessible by logging in only you will shut everything down.

I got a call from this company they wanted me to pay for something i never authorized, after i spoke to them i spent couple of days doing my search and contacted FTC  to find out some info from them too, and guess what i found out, that regional yellow pages had filed a complaint also with FTC to find out which other companies are using their name, and regional yellow pages had stopped their business last year and the calls we are getting its from other companies that are trying to use their name.

I am not saying that the original company must be good i am just sharing what i found out. So there was this Thompson Hill Publishing that used their name other company names are,

USYPCOLLECTIONS.COM OYP GROUPS, UNYP, NATIONAL YELLOW PAGES DBA YELLOW PAGES ONLINE, GOAM MEDIA, and there might be some more who knows, now reading from old posts we know they are using new name which is Yellow Local directory.com and the call i got and invoice i got its from regionalyp.net not regionalyp.com so this must be new company since old company is shut down and their website doesn't even work. And whats the worst part is that i am getting this invoices to send check to the collection agency, ACCREDITED COLLECTION AGENCY

Which means they are working together with this new company when i spoke to FTC they also told me that they are building a case to go after the ACA RECOVERY and they found out that ACA already has a court case with another yellow pages company they were collecting for, so i guess this ACA is in big problem and FTC said they have reported RCMP Canadian authority to check on this regionalyp.net and other companies at address

So lets hope these guys get busted and remember do not pay to regionalyp.net and yellow local directory.com and ACA RECOVERY they are all the same company lets work together and warn our other American Fellows to not fall for these guys.

I have been arguing with them for a month they also played a recording I don't know where to go from here I know the recording is edited and this happened last year and we paid it which I'm sure is why they are trying again. I am not paying this time but can they hurt our credit?

If one name goes away, and another similar name just happens to start up doing the same scam in the same area, still using the same U.S. based debt collector to shake down the same type of small business victims, want to bet it's at least some of the same people?

They played a recoeding of my husband agreeing to the services of RYPO and to be billed at an address that is 2 yrs old.  CRAZY!

Your story is exactly our story.  They have us recorded agreeing to the bill.  BUT if you listen carefully its actually a recording of last years conversation when you got scammed and agreed to pay that invoice.  They are making you believe it is the current year.  I know for a fact that I did not agree to any bill (as I'm not authorized).  The collection agency said they had a 10 minute conversation recorded but when I asked to hear the recording they said that the 30 sec recording of me agreeeing is all they need in front of the judge. When I asked the date of the recording it was the date of the prior invoice that I was scammed on.  I also have a letter stating once our payment was received our account was closed.  That stumped the collection agency but hasn't stopped the calls. I would like to know if you had any luck resolving this?

Amen, I am so sick and tired , yes i did yell at them, but they were not letting me talk, they keep saying they were going to bring legal actions, I said bring it on, I will bring legal against them.  Within one minute after my phone conversation with them, they faxed me again and then call my office again and I did answer with Take Me off Your List and then hung up.

I have been dealing with Lisa Jackson also.  Isn't she such a pleasant person? Ha. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC.  They will never get a dime out of me and they can't ruin your credit because this is a SCAM.  I have repeatedly called her also and sent as many faxes as she sends me.  If she thinks she can harass me, she hasn't seen harassment.  This is going to be fun for me.!!!!!

This company continues to harrass and call us at all hours of the day.  We do not owe them any money!  They claim they have a voice recording of the authorization but we dispute.

Get this: They called me back yesterday, with a different compant name (OYP Group instead of RYPO), asking if we wanted to renew the listing we have had for the last two years. I know it was the same company because they had the same incirrect name of the store manager that supposedly agreed to the listing! I got very angry at the called, told her she was a scammer, which she repeatedly denied, telling me we had a "verbal contract". I said No, we do not, take us off the website, we never agreed to it and we do not want it. I scared my coworker, because they have never seen me angry before.
God help them if they send us a bill.
