Just recieved the call too!  She left the 866 phone number with the 02023 reference number as well.  Since we all share this loan, who's taking responsibility and paying this off for me?  Lol.  Thanks internet for the potential scam information!

I get these call LITERALLY three times every single week. Have you ever tried calling them back? I'm considering it so they'd leave me alone. If the Student Loan office wanted to get in touch with me, I know for a fact they'd email or call. This is absurd.

I get calls from this number 3 times every.single.week.
I'm tired of it. It's always a different name with a different reference number. First call I got was months ago so you can imagine my frustration at this point. The first couple of calls left me a VM (I never ever answer unknown numbers) and told me we needed to discuss repayment options in regards to my credit cards. I do not have any credit cards. So obviously that's a lie. Now they're saying it's for student debt repayment... If that were true, the FedLoan company would call and email. Duh. I'm just over the harassment.

Got this call, ignored it and she left a voicemail about my student loans... funny because i don’t have any 😂

Just received a call from her today! She called from a GA number referencing 02027.. glad I just let the call go to VM!

Guess what Laurie has changed the reference number 01014 same scam -this is horrible.

Received a message from this number with reference code to use. Called it to see what it was about. Scam!

Laurie calls me about my federal student loan. She said to call 866-498-6886 with ref number 03036. She calls pretty often, but I don't have any federal student loans.

Was told to call back to discuss my payments options with these new law. Ref # same as the other people have been reporting .

Laurie robins called for federal loans too. Sounded so real.

Woooo-boy, i'm glad i looked this up! I just got a call from this number a day after submitting a recertification for student loan repayment- and after getting so many student loan scam calls, i wasn't entirely sure if this one was fake too because of the timing.

I was super suspicious though that the call was from Florida and the number she told me to call was an 866 number and not Nelnet's 888 number. Was told the same thing- "call this 866 number and use reference number 02023". Definitely a scam

I got the same call X2 and thank God you guys posted about it.  Thank you to all above for the info.
I got the gist of it the first time I thought right away they would contact me by email as they always do. So I didn’t call back the first time. Now just got home today and same message same person Laurie Robins her call log showed her number as 530-447-9037 buuut she told me to contact 866-642-6886 ref#01018.

Yep, she calls me 2 to 3 times a day from different numbers in different states. Today she called once from Wisconsin, then an hour later she called from Utah. And I have the same reference number as you all...

She has left 15-20 voicemails on my phone calling from all different states. With a different reference number each time.  Has anyone actually spoken to her? I want to pick up
