Called asking about a file number for delivery, scam

They call from a Private number or 844-586-4484. They threaten complaint filed. Trying to get you to call them back so they can dupe you. Rick Adams, Benjamin Cruz.

Phishing is my guess. Nonsense.

Just out of curiosity, did you call them back?

Called using only my first name.Acted like it was life or death in the message they left.When I called back got answering machine.

What did the answering machine say?

The called from an Anaheim number and leave the 1866 number to call back saying they want to verify your address.

Left me a voicemail stating to call back and speak to a Mary about a Delivery and that it would be the second time i missed delivery..as far as i know i havent ordered anything big enough to require that type of delivery. Called from  number 866-692-3118. When i called back a man answered and stated Corporate Office and I hung up.

Number came up as unknown on my caller ID. They left a message saying they have documents left at their office that need my signature urgently. Told me to call this number within 24 hours or my file will be put inactive. Possibly a scam since I just got this number a week ago and have not given it to anyone. Did not call them back.

I got the same call from the same person. Stated that they have attempted to deliver a package this week that requires my signature. I have people at my house all week and no one has attempted to deliver anything. I assume this is a scam.

They left a message at my grandmothers house saying I had a package when I called they said I owed 900 dollars on a orchard bank credit card and with court and attorneys fees it’s well over 2000 and they will send me the court documents and see me n court... 1st of all I’ve never owned a cc n my life!!! These people are a scam who do we report this to? Does anyone know? They would not give me thier name no matter how much I asked

Left a threatening msg " This is an urgent msg in regards to format a complain about the property located to ..... .

They just called saying it was urgent regarding one of my family members that I need to call by end of day

Call came from "Private Number."
Left detailed message: Apparently, I (they used my name) was a point of contact for William "X" for property at "385 Snow ...." with no city or state. Never heard of him. She said action was going to be taken if I didn't call back.
The noise in the background of the call sounded like a call center. They even gave me a reference number to make it sound legit.
Pretty obvious it was a fake call.

This the same message I got today (08/21/18). Guess the "property" message is their "Scam of the Day."

Called about an ex-wife I've not had contact or other dealings with in 20 years, referncing her maiden name and address she left many years ago. Not only bad scammers, but bad scammers with old data.

Said I needed to call back within 24 hours or would take further action, called my daughter in another state to give her same message about me having to contact them
