Receiving calls from this number. Does anyone know who the owner is?

keep getting constant calls from this number.

I get several calls a week from. They never leave a message and immediate disconnect from them if I answer the phone.

Definitely Vision Financial Corp.  I asked, "why are your potential victims unable to call back?"  He gave me some bull $hit about the digital dialing.  Anyway, this is a nefarious debt collector.  Here are the many complaints about them.

I get the same thing, if I answer they say nothing, when I call back they hang up on me before anyone gets on the line.
