    I have recieved several calls from these guys. Same as everyone else. Every time they have a different price. They got my email and sent me a form to sign and when I refuse to sign they threaten me with court papers. A total joke.

    First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/

    Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

    Same scammers as above, threatening legal action, for someone I never heard of ... wrong number. Don't feel intimidated or give them your info.  They are obviously scammers.  Block them!

    I got a call from them also was given a case number then placed on hold for 20 then they hung up

    I got a call but it's about a debt that was settled over a year ago. Very scary that they had all my info and a correct debt that does not appear in my credit report. I'm still attempting to get ahold of them today. They said I'm to he served for garnishment but would put a 48 hour hold on it.
