Calls pretending to be from los Angeles county process server Department states you can settle the case against you with Western Union, money gram, or I tunes.

Wow, they pretty much said "Hey, we want to scam some money from you with Western Union, MoneyGram, or Gift Cards", which I doubt happened that way, but we get the drift it is debt scammers.

Say they have a case non compliant. Need a callback before making any decedions

The person said his name is Abraham calling from an attorneys office and papers would be filed at the court house.  He didn't say the attorneys office name or anything.

Hello my name is David from Sandoval county process service department this message is strictly for xxxxx this is in regards of the legal documents that will be served to your workplace and home address xxxx here in the city of xxxxx documents will be sent out on Tuesday we wanna make sure someone older is available to sign for them if you need any appointment please contact the office that has fall against office number it's gonna be 866697-1988 once again 866-697-1988 along with case number 20 21–121239 please understand this is the last courtesy call before these documents will be presented before the judge consider this urgent you'll be notified thank you for your time and good luck with your case…”

Left a message stating; “My name is Joseph a Legal processor with Hillsborough County and Thompson & Associates.  This is an urgent message with regards to legal documents delivered several times to your home address and those documents have been returned back to our office without a signature.  These Legal documents may contain a court summons, that you may be in jeopardy of missing.  You need to contact us now at 866-697-1988.

Received  the same call from Samantha stating the same exact thing but from Fort Bend County.
She could barely speak while leaving the message. She would talk and stop and then talk and stop. knew right away this had to be a scam!!

Same situation as stated above. Some recorded lady named Samantha stated from PG county courthouse messages saying they needed to contact someone and then when called the other person gave personal information on someone else stating litigation and then I stated it’s illegal to give someone’s information over the phone.
