This guy calls a relative of mine about my brother. Would not give me any information but that he is a paralegal and that he or his attorney need to call him. Asking if he is still married. Then he calls me back ( after talking to my local county courthouse) saying my brother is still married to his ex wife. Then tells me he thinks he was talking to my brother.... my brother was divorced in 2001. And got remarried to another woman in 2010..  I do believe this is harassment.

My relatives also received a call. “Michael Cross” had my son and sisters phone number. Said that I needed to respond before court action is taken. What state do you live in?  I’m in WA.

This person used a phone number from Austin to make these call. She said she was a paralegal and she has a case there where I am supposed to be the primary defendent gives a long case number and says it's going to the county in which I live

My sister received a call for me because I don’t have voicemail so we share phones and she said on the voicemail her name is Leslie she is a paralegal giving out my date of birth, last 4 of my social security numbers and my full name which is a violation talking about she’s sending papers to the county warrants and summons division for papers to be served ! Oooeewwww I’m scared, but no ma’am I politely sent a letter to my State Attorney will be sending one to Fedral Trade Commission, and Consumer Financial Bureau!! Leslie won’t be calling giving out my info to ppl I don’t even talk to No more once I’m finished sending off letters

Most likely she still will.  I doubt that "Leslie" is her real name I am sure that the company name is not what the other people have posted here.
