Don’t answer and if u do HANGUP! I have reported them to the state attorney’s office. And all other areas to notify everyone that they are a scam.

Crazy scam people out here !

i called the "filing party" they dont seem to be scammers they did have debt for me that i owed, i called the original poeple that i owed and they confirmed it was legit, i still aint paying [***]

Who is the filing party?

They tried scary measure. They on their way to serve me  I said come  on I'm waiting  they hung up on me.

I'm confused, so theyre a scam but they are also a debt collector? does this mean you have debt but dont want to pay it back so you say scam?

You owe absolutely nothing to Debt collectors. They buy your collections from the creditors for penny's on the dollar. Once you answer them and Identify who you are, they will harass you to pay them ,  total strangers that you have no contract with.  It will not help rebuild your credit, they could care less about your credit. Extortion is their game!!

They keep calling and leaving different bs voicemails and telling me they are going to serve me and now there new bs is that I have to report to ice when I’m not even an Immigrant scammers ! Don’t listen to them!
