Repeated calls from Melissa. Cites a reference file number. I think this is a scammer pretending to be a bill collector She cites that a certified delivery notice is to be made. When I tried to call the number referenced above, I cannot get a connection.

Received two calls. The last call stated they will try to service me at home or work if I didn't return the call. Once calling they won't give you any information unless you verify the last 4 of your social security number. I refused. Why would a courier service be calling to advise me to contact a debtor? Sounds suspicious.
