Caller said if I didn't pay 500.00 they would take me to court an I would have to pay over 2,500.00 an if I didn't want to go to court I needed to give them my debit card number an set payment arrangement .

dont send them anything do not give them your information. it is a scam.  This bunch been calling me for years. they just called me today.  They also say their name is "County Filing" and used another name called Locator Services.  SCAM SCAM SCAM

"Sally Landry" left a message  from "County Filing" fake name going to file against me and my ssn and i had better call them back and my file number is    and didnt say the file number.  i ignored it.  it is a scam.  See my other post under the same number 866-697-2408. using the name Locator Services.  The same scam another new name well well well. i guess they have to file.  i know they wont they have been calling several years now.  DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR SSN TO ANYONE NOR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT SCAM SCAM SCAM
