I didn't answer, as it came up "Toll Free Serv". It left a recorded voicemail with a obvious Asian accent (Korean/Chinese/Japanese?) that I have a priority package that I didn't sign for & to press '9' to be connected to someone to immediately arrange delivery of this "very important package".
I don't have any packages, important or otherwise, so I chalk it up to something that is either going to charge me exorbitant per-minute fees, or demand payment to re-deliver, OR to then start bombarding me because if I was stupid enough to press 9 then I just might be stupid enough to give them my banking info or access to my computer so they can install ransomware or just outright steal my identification!

This is probably the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.
Oh, and since this is a toll-free number, it wouldn't "charge *you* exorbitant per-minute fees" if you called it.
