Avaya

A woman called from this no. said she was with Avaya and wanted to update some information.  I called our IT dept and they said we don't use them any longer, when I told her that then she wanted to know who we used and I told her I couldn't give her that information.

A woman called our IT dept. from this no. said she was with Avaya and told the person that took the call that I was the one to give her the number even though I had never talked to them before.

An individual called Brandigan Travers said he was in the avaya marketing group looking for our phone information, said we had spoke in November. I have no record of ever speaking with this individual.

Got a voice message from "Rich" at Avaya (sounded like that) asking for me by my first name. Said to call back at the number above and left a 6 digit extension number. Don't know this company or number and didn't ask for anything. I did not call back.
