I would try calling them back!!! This number is associated with Ipsos market research company and I received a call from them too. They were calling to tell me that I had won a $2000. I was a little skeptical at first but then 2 weeks later I received it in the mail!!!

I am on the "Do Not Call" registry but this company called in violation of the registry.  As my nickname shows, I never answer a call from anyone that I don't know.  They left a message on my answering machine giving the number 866-697-7751 and saying they will pay me $25 for calling back.  If these people are legitimate (which I doubt), why do they not show their name on caller ID instead of blocking it?  Must be just another scam!
