just received this call at 640 pm 10 9 18.  scam from microsoft

Since I didn't purchase anything from microsoft I didn't respond.

Got the same message. I cancelled my office 360, last month. When I was trying to get a refund ( which I did). The company ( Microsoft) kept giving me the Xbox division. And a number that did not allow you to speak with anyone or leave a message. At any rate, I did get my $99 back after the 30 day trial ended. Personally, I want office on my computer that I own. Not in a cloud dependent on the internet. Lastly, this call would imply that Microsoft shut down. Really?? I don’t think so.

Just got a call from this number saying that I should apply for my refund for the technical support I had paid for (NOT!) as the company had been ordered to close.  A scammer.

866-697-8102 called - robo call saying I had a refund coming from Microsoft.  Scam!  Just watched youtube videos on this scam!

We get calls from this number at least twice a week. Although i let them go to voice mail, the time of the call and then the message may block me from recieving important business messages.   How can we block this number!

I too received this robo-call.  But why are you listing your personal numbers on the internet???  You need to delete this entry.

I continue to receive calls from this phone number, claiming they are from Microsoft, technical support, etc.  I have demanded they remove my number from their calling list or I will report them to the FCC, & they say they can't remove my number! Is the FCC the only agency where we can report these harassing callers?

Just received Robo call from Kathy. It said Don't hang up call 866-697-8102 for Microsoft refund.
