Missed the call, no message was left.

this is Nationstar Mortgage calling to collect on a past due payment

It's Nationstar Mortgage

Caller left a message that SunTrust needed to hear from me within 24 hours.  A message code was also left.

I contacted SunTrust to ask if this was a legitimate request.  They responded that it was not and asked that I forward the phone number and message code to them and that they would investigate and take appropriate action.

Called saying he was from our mortgage lender and congratulated us on our lower interest rate. Really was pushy to schedule a date sooner to our scheduled appointment to notarize, I called Mr Cooper to ask if they we’re trying to change the refinance notary paperwork they said no and there’s no note of the company calling me!
