Called them back and requested to have my number removed. Its 24/7 serving the private sector, as someone else pointed out in this thread.

I have been keeping track of this number and another one they call from and I can't believe they keep calling.  I don't answer - i let the machine pick up, when are they going to get it... NO ONE IS HOME!  INCLUDING THEM! FRIG!

I am going to record the Tone of a Fax Machine and use it as a 4 minute greeting on my answering machine, after a month or two they will remove me from there lists. And of course my call display will let me get the people that I am interested in talking too.

If you ever buy anything over the phone, you are actually keeping companies like this in business; So, even if the offer over the phone will save your marriage please never buy it. If everyone stopped buying over the phone it simply couldn't exist, so tell your friends and family to get off there butt and shop outside the house... There I said it, and I somehow feel better.

7x they've called... never anyone answering, as soon as I answer my business line with my business name

Daily same time around 7:45pm. They should stop calling... Just got another call at 835 EST here diff #...

Keep calling and never leaves msgs. I just called to have my number removed from their list.

All you have to do is call back this number and they will ask you to leave your telephone number + area code, and they will remove your number from their lists.

I got the same message when I called back; 1-866-701-8375 was the number that showed up on my phone. When they called me, the line was dead or it was a "ghost call" when I picked up each time. I have been called 3 times in the past 3 days. I am simply getting my phone company to investigate the number.

Some guy called here, I thought that is was strange since it was an 866 Area code. It turned out that he was looking for another person but was very nice and let me go, but we will see if he calls back again like what some of you are dealing with.

Same here, obviously a phony at best, a thief or just an other future inmate  working still outside of a prison at what he knows best,"stealing"

Ya...wierd...I just received a call moments ago from 8667018375, he knew my full name I just hung up because I didn't want to deal with it. I am pretty sure you guys are right and it most likely is MBNA.

Every day 2 to 4 times a day a recording.. do not listen long enough to know who is calling.. or about what.

They keep calling every single day, around 11am to 12pm!

The guy called asking for my boss, and when I told him that my boss was busy working on a vehicle he asked me if I worked for the company. Being as this was the third time that some idiot from this company has asked me this, I answered "No I am just some random guy that picked up the phone". He hung up on me.

A Guy called me from 1-866-701-8375, asked me that if I am know English, I told him that I knew some, then they stoped the call, who call me?
Why?

Numerous calls to Victoria BC Canada over last few weeks.  Calls made at variable times of day.  Leaves no message.  I receive regular MBNA junk in the mail so, based on other posts, it is likely that the calls are also linked to MBNA marketing.

No answer when I call back told me to leave a message.

I get numerous calls from this number even if I told them that I speak no English. I hardly undertood any word this person said, must be from India.
