An automated message called my POE and stated that they've sent me mail and that I need to return the call immediately. I called back and the person that answered my call said nothing came up with my name or telephone numbers??

They called my cell phone during high priced hours for someone else.  Don't they realize who's phone they are calling when they set the automatic voice service to call?  I cannot spend any more time calling them back just to hear "sorry", and then receive the same phone call next week.  And they don't even tell you on the recorded message who they are?

They called again and agin during high cost air time work hours and when I tried to call back they place me on hold then hung up on me twice without me actually talking to a real person.  Don't they know who's phopne they are calling?  The message isn't even for me.  I just really want them to stop calling during my high cost air time hours.

This phone number called me today, but when I called it back, it just rang and rang...no one answered...That is really annoying!

they keep calling for me about some documents that i need to pick up. But wont say what they are, so I don't answer the phone anymore..

Persistent calls asking for a call to 866-7139-9449. (Perhaps monthly).
Script read by voice-to-text I think, because:
 They use my wife's name and mispronounce it.
 Every call mispronounces it exactly the same way.
Script text includes the phrase "This is not a solicitation call"

my son who is 13, gets daily phonecalls on his cellphone from this number, what do they want from him? they say his name on the phone, am bad with phone and i dont know what to do about this, i can not afford  bill like that becuase of them

The call isn't even for me. But it is about whether or not this random person has received "a time sensitive package"...they have been calling me 3 weekdays a week for the last 2 months and every time I try calling them to tell them they have the wrong person they drop my call. How do you block a number from being able to call you?

1-866-713-9449  WHo the heck is this?????  They keep calling, it is a machine, why can't real people call, if this issue is "time sensative" or "left serveral messages".  What can be done??

I know this has to be some kind of automative dialing system as they keep calling my fax number and not our home number. Gosh, I wish we could put an end to these
anoying calls.They also use the number 1-800-965-5731

The funny thing about these ppl, is that they are calling me for a legit account.  My daughter was taken by ambulance to hospital.  Well, I got ONE notice from the hospital to pay the ambulance bill.  3 days after I received the bill in the mail, I received ANOTHER ONE from Credit Bureau of Canada Collections stating that I hadn't paid it in time and it was now in Collections!!!!  THey took 3 weeks from the time my daughter was taken to the hospital to get the first bill to me.  Then 3 days later, I get a collections notice!?  As if!  So today I called them and made payment arrangement.  Told them that I would pay half on the 20th and the rest on the 1st.  Not an hour after getting off the phone with my CBCC agent, Ashely, I get ANOTHER automated phone call from these ppl telling me to call them!?  What are these idiots doing?

It's annoying when You call them and make payment arrangement but they just call you again an hour later.

I've been having this number call and leave a msg on my answering machine.  At first it was once in a while but then it got more and more annoying and the really bad one was when they called on a Sunday morning and woke me up.  I assumed it was one of those spammers trying to get me to call the number so they could charge me for the call or something.  My roommate said not to worry about it, as he'd already called the number and there was nobody there.  It got more and more annoying until finally today I called the number and found out it was an ambulance bill from my old roommate who no longer lives here!  It's not a prank call, but just telling you you need to pay the bills that come to your home.  Of course, his bills for this did come here and we gave them to him.  When I saw "London Health Sciences centre" on the envelope, I wasn't thinking that was the "time sensitive mail" they were talking about.  I assume it was them asking for a donation!

We've been getting calls from this # for months now. At least 1x per day and at least 5 days/week. They "claim" to be from "Canadian Student Loans" which IS a legit account my husband has with OSAP. Problem is, we have spoken with the "real" people and as per our approval for automatic withdrawl every week, the alls just keep on coming! This # is obviously a HACKED # bc when speaking to the real people, they said that the number IS 1 of theirs. We refuse to answer this # at anytime...and now "I" am also getting them on my cell phone! I have never taken out a student loan and all other loans have been paid off! (Or are currently in the process) I don't think there is anything Anyone can do to stop it all. Any suggestions? We've tried it all so far. BTW- stupid thing is...they keep getting my husbands name wrong! His moms maiden name is his Middle name and they forget his Surname! Total scam!

My boyfriend keeps getting calls from this number. They say they want to speak to him abotu the time senstive document they have sent. They say his name wrong and leave out his last name. They call at least 3 times a week and even on weekends. This is really annyoing. If he has an outstanding bill or something it would be nice for someone to at least call personally. I refuse to call this number back.

Have gotten two calls from this automated msg saying they have left "several messages".  Not a chance in hell this is for, but rather from whoever had my cell number before me.  Shame on this dept for their harrassing calls!  And r they so flipping incompetant that they can't match a name to a phone number?

I get numbers calls from this number with automated msg. this phone number shall be blocked some how by telecom companies.

This is a legit call -- mine was for an ambulance bill I forgot about - but it went to collections really fast so beware!
