just got a call from them extension 2395 Dave Duncan says it's quite urgent I get in touch with him and this is not a sales call, also that it would be quite beneficial to me. I think they are a big legal/debt collection agency that has been leaving 2 or 3 messages a day on my other phone. thay also are so big that no one can seem to stop them. They are a rogue sort of law firm it seems and they work both angles, buying your debt from other companies and exploiting their situation by seizing accounts and harrassing people to no end, it looks like from my cursory investigations into this. I think it has something to do with pressler and pressler and I wouldn't be surpried if sleaze of their ilk is trolling this site (or owning it) just to get more info about people.  They're sleaze, consensus says.

these scumbags call looking for someone who doesnt even live at my address.  Then the rude b*itch on the other end of the phone claims she used 411 reverse search.  she says I just don't understand why I can't locate this person.  I told her to stop calling me otherwise the FCC and the state attorney general's office would be notified. she quickly hung up.  dont give these bottom feeders any information other than that. they will continue to call unless you threaten them with legal action.

Maybe if they're calling you leaving a msg and you don't know what it's about you should call back and find out. And if it's the wrong # all you need to say is they got the wrong # and you don't know them. Ya'll making it harder on yourselves!!!

We dont owe anyone money but they did not wanna hear that I can assure you.

This number is for a collection agency that does student loans... does that mean I will answer the next 18237428 times they call my phone? Nope.

But it has nothing to do with payday loans or law firms... get your facts straight.

Just got a call from this number. They said they are from the local gay club. I told them to go f_u_c_k themself :)

I got one of these messages from this number but this is my rule ...with so many of these type of calls and scammers, those who expect a return call from me (especially if I've never spoken to you before) need to leave their name, where they are calling from, number, and reason for their call or reason for me to call back.  If they only leave their name and number like this one did, I simply don't call back and if it is a legitimate call and they really need to call to me then they will call back.

This number called my job twice pretending to be a friend of mine looking to contact me. When they were told I had left for the day they asked if the job would verify my phone number and other personal information. Luckily the job refused. They wouldn't identify themselves either.....kept pretending to be a "friend" of mine
