Called my house phone, no one on the other end, then hung up. Don't know who it is, just states that it is a toll free call. Could be a politician or some telemarketer.

Please stop calling our home and hanging up when I tell you my husband is not available.  My husband is deployed and will not be back 14 hours from now when you call again!!!  Please remove us from your call list.

Yes, It is the National Conference of Chritians and Jews. I used to donate every month until times got rough. I guess they want to know what happened. I never gave them my phone number. There is no such thing as privacy anymore.

thanks for the posts, I have gave to the Christians & Jews org. ,,Unfortunatly I have to stretch my money and I cannot give at this time.. but when I can I will again. I as well did not give my phone number. That kinda makes me mad.

Problem is that they call at 8:05 AM every day.  We don't answer any more.  We contributed to them before but can't afford it right now - did not give our phone number and don't appreciate them calling every day so early.

Only sent off for some information, never gave them my phone number. They called before and I was shocked that they called me. Must of looked up the number from my address. Now I will not donate any money to there cause. Don't call me. Now I am getting all sorts of calls from organizations wanting money, wish there was a Do Not Call list for charities. Why do they get to call you every single day, should not be exempt from the list. I don't answer unknown phone numbers and now I think I will block the calls, getting sick of these people. Leave me alone.
