I have waited, but both times it eventually hangs up on me. So far I have been unable to talk with anyone. I have no idea who they are or what they want.

- theoSame thing here. I've answered twice, they've wasted a couple of minutes of my (cell phone) time while saying "please hold for an important call", and then they hang up. It's getting really old. I'm not picking up any more calls from this number - any company that has an honest need to contact me has my mailing address.
- ams525| 1 replyI finally reached someone from this # and it is the Central Medical Billing office for the Sister's Hospitals (ie... St. Francis, St. Claire, etc) for all over. I had to sit and wait but did reach someone.

- anon| 1 replyThis is a legitimate number for the billing office for St. Francis Hospital and Health networks. They will and have every legal right to call any phone number including your cell number that you gave them when you used their services.

- Collection agencies watch out replies to anonIts not even the hospital calling its a 3rd party billing company. I got a new cell phone and the last person who had my number must have went there now i get the calls all the time i called and informed them of the updated information. This did nothing now i get more calls. Go figure I'm currently talking to my state attorney general to make them pay for the minutes that they continue to use. As well as gross negligence for continuing to call after i informed them of the change.
