Same as above...so I called them back. It's some "natural gas" company (I use quotations?? Because I'm not a member in their gas company...and no one ever answers after the Automated Voice Response answers and tells you to "have your gas bill ready"...then there's some frantic and crappy classical music....dead air...more crappy classical (I love classical...this stuff is crap)...dead air...REPEAT....never an answer.
INTERSTATE GAS SUPPLIES is what the AVR says...Looking them up now so I can give than an ear full of S$@T for calling me for the last week straight.

Another hangup on answer. Obviously they're fishing for answering machines so they can blast their spiel onto them.

i just gpot called from this same # and i called it back it and left a message they'll never forget and then some guy called me back and said i just called his cell phone ?????  Now what to hell?????   :(

I called Interstate Gas Supplies at 1-866-347-3441 and they added me to the no call list.  Good Luck!!!

Called my 716-284-XXXX dozen of times since 12/16/09 mostley
disconnect without leaving a message but today a male voice said:
"I want to go down and pay the whole debt".
Looking at other internet complaints on this 866 number sometime they claim a natural gas co or other.
Regardless I see no reason they should be calling me, never left
a specific message for a specific person.
I strongley beleive the 866-714-8943 is a front for the lowest of all criminals making harrassment phone calls for a fee.It's a shame such [***] could operate thru 866 numbers.

I received a VERY harassing call from these people. It was the third call in the last week. I called their 866 number and demanded to be placed on their do not call list.866-347-3441.

I got a call, used the 374-3441 number and spoke with a very polite woman named Holly who also offered to take me off their mailing list if I was on it.  She was very apologetic for me getting ghost calls four times a day.  Probably the best experience I've had with a solicitor, too bad the line they call you from puts you into a never ending cycle of horrible classical music and dead air.  Glad this web site exists!

[***].  Seriously.  The CSRs who work at the 866-714-8943 number have NO idea who they work for or what they do.  I called the 866-347-3441 number and talked to another idiot who also has no clue who they are or why they call people.  Demanded a supervisor.  Got some black chick.  Explained to her that not only are they calling a registered DO NOT CALL phone number, I don't even freaking have gas service.  "Oh"  she says.  Explained if I heard from her again my next call would be to the FTC to report them.

Its IGS, just spoke to Jason.  Says I am now on the do not call list, thinking I was added when I got signed up with Comcast, anyone else having those thoughts?

Yeah these jerks called my work number, I told them they got the wrong number and call the main line and the lady said "oh ok I'm sorry we'll call the main number". Now I have gotten a phone call a day and it is obviously a scam.

Have been called daily this past week and many times before from IGS.  I have asked repeatedly not to call me.  They want to save me on gas and then when we get into looking at statements they realize I don't get my gas through who they think I do and then they say OH bye.  Thanks to the person who provided the phone # to request to be put on the do not call list.  1-866-347-3441  Now to see if they hold their end of the bargain.  Well, just to be safe I'm setting my phone to block that #!

I obviously spelled Supplies incorrectly. The call came from 866-714-8943 and I took the advice of the others before me to call the number 866-347-3441 to put my company on the do not call list. The women, Jamie insisted on looking up to see if we had an account, which we don't. Then I gave her my first name and she insisted she had to have a last name, and I gave her Smith. She wouldn't accept that. I refuse to give my full name or anyone elses name for something like this. If they call again I will report them to the FEDS!!!
