This number 866-716-9061 calls me everyday asking for someone by name. I asked them questions but the refuse to answer. they were polite, but still don't know what they want or what company they are working for.

this number called and said that my credit card payment was late and i needed to make a payment over the phone right away. I told them i would call them back and they gave me this number to call. my cc payment is not late so...fraud fraud fraud

FRAUD   My CC is not late, spoke VERY Fast.  
"This is Your BankCard"   no it isn't
This is Bob from XYZ Bank
or MARY from visa etc maybe

SO NOT TALK TO or RETURN THE CALL

Calling about my credit card payment being late, but it is not late.
