allen parker said he was a investagator with capital resources, J B Scott with R&R hired him to investagte our resources...Well he just a collector with no information, but insits you call Mr. Scott, to whom he also has no information on...

Allen Parker called and said he was with Capital Resource on behalf of Robert Sherman, and that he was investigating personal and company assets. Don't believe him after reading this and supposedly Robert Sherman died in March 2010. And he said he wanted to fax something over but we never got a fax. Asked for our address but we did not give it to him.

I had a woman walk in with this number on a slip of paper, claiming to be from "the office next door", and said it was a customer trying to get ahold of us. Turns out it's a collections agency.
Dirty little scam to walk people into our office and lie about what they're doing.

Allen Parker called and said he was an investagator with capital resources and R&R hired him to do a full financial audit on our company...He did not tell what debt if any I owed.

"Marvin" called today and said he was calling from PB Purchase Power.  I am familiar with the Purchase Power Account but it is not something we use at our company.  However, he was inquiring about a past due invoice for our purchase power account.  I told him that I was not sure how we can have a past due invoice, when we do not use the purchase power account.  
**And yes.  Marvin was very hard to understand and was very rude.

Collection Agency

I get a massage from Allen  with a request for information  on my company they left a massage that they are investagator wit , I called back and found out that they are collection agency.

Got a call from Allen Parker of Randall Richards from 520-545-7021 saying he was hired to do an asset liability investigation on our organization  by JB Scott, Investment Capital Resources.  He attempted to pry information from me by using inaccurate information on the organization looking for me to correct him.  He claimed that he was hired by JB Scott to perform an asset liability investigation and that I should call him to get more information.  I was given this number as a direct line to JB Scott:  866-718-1234  ext. 144.

Claiming to be collectors for a company that scams people taking part in conferences. The scammers are Source Group they pretend to be a part of the conference and offer services which they cannot provide. and they want to bill you for services which they can't provide. Also called from the 520 number

This collection agency has the rudest most disgusting employees, I received a call from Suzie Statzer who at first claimed to be Susan Randall, she has no tact in collecting any money from anybody! She will only cause the companies that hire this ridiculous agency to lose its customers!

I work in Commercial Real Estate and lease office space...well I had a call from "Jacob Tucker" from Randall & Richards claiming he was interested in knowing about our spaces. He made 2 mistakes however...#1 - He gave me a reference number to quote him when I called him back and #2 - He didn't even know the address of the property where I have office space for lease. He's obviously a moron b/c the whole call sounded fishy and when I Googled his info I found out the real deal. My question is if you are a collections agency, why are you be sneaky about why you are calling? So much for the "Do Not Call List"

Jacob Tucker says he is  calling from Randal and Richards Law Firm and goes on to threaten a lawsuit. His basis is Title 49. Just a quick FYI... Title 49 of the United States Code deals with the role of transportation in the United Stes of America, not exactly something that has anything to do with filing a lawsuit to collect a dept. He clearly was throwing around something he thought would sound impressive. Total bs

Randall & Richards, Tuscon, AZ. Got a call from 520-745-8701, called back, asked for Lorraine. She said she somehow was given my file, not sure how she got it, but she was doing me a favor by calling to set up payment arrangements, and if arrangements are not made, a lawsuit would surely follow. How nice of her to call first.

After I informed her of my dire financial situation, she simply replied, "I find that hard to believe" These people are debt collectors, not attorneys. Don't return the calls, they'll only waste your time, and take everything you say out of context.

I have received a call from Jacob Parker claiming to be a collector. (1-866-718-1234) He has called several times about different complains such as my trash. He said that i haven't paid for my trash to get picked up and if i don't pay the $750, they will sue me and take me to court!! DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!!! They would not send any legal document in mail. DONT BE STUPID  AND FALL FOR THIS, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. i called the police and they are investigating. CALL THE POLICE ASAP IF THEY CALL YOU.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Michelle Parker @ Capital Resources called and left several messages saying that they were conducting a Pre-trial Asset & Liability Investigation.  Then David Martin called the next day and said he was calling from Andersen, Randall & Richards and wanted to discuss options for repayment of a debt our company owed.  He wanted me to pay the amount owed before the end of the year which was a crazy amount.  I explained that the owner of the company was aware of the debt and that we were making payments the best we could and we were not walking away from it.  He then continued to berate me about it and said he was contacting all of my vendors and my bank to see if we were hiding money.  I hung up. He can contact away but legally he cant do anything without a legal order.  Don't tell these people anything.  They are fishing for information so they can threat you with it. I'll continue to pay what I can and it won't be to them!

Michelle Parker called our business, stating an Asset and Liability investigation involving contacting our creditors and bank, client was Mark Sadler from Barr Credit Services.  She said she had left two messages, and she was done trying to inform us, i.e. her curtesy call, but if we wanted to know who doing the investigation, call the 866 718 1234.

Refuse to contact! Had similar difficulty with a collection co. trying to collect before legal case, but we had been making payments.

Yes, they just called us this morning from 520-545-7368 Michelle Parker of Capital Resource.  She said not to call her back to call a gentleman by the name of Mark Sadler at Bar Credit Svc 866-718-1234 Ext 150 and gave us a reference number.  She said she would wait till the end of the day to investigate our company if we contacted  Mark Sadler today. Our company owes no money to anyone this is a scam, a Debt Collector.
