They called and said its a some kind of collection and NSAID they have to fraud charges. From some checking place on line. Said I took out a check loan on line. In 2012.. I told them I didn't. But they had all my personal information .

They called claiming there were pending "fraud" charges to be filed with my county and that I needed to call back within 24 hours to preserve my rights to appeal and to prevent the authorities to show up at my home or place of employment to deliver "legal" documents. They gave me a case #. I totally ignored this because no one can threaten you via phone for anything whatsoever.
A week later they called relatives whom I have never used a references for anything, but they told them I had used them as such and that they were contacted because they could not reach me. They also told them the lame story about "fraud" charges being filed against me with my local county.

I have tried to call back but they do not answer, and their number is associated online with a cleaning company.
