These guys continue to waste may fax paper and resourses by sending unsolicited faxes for health care.  They will only identify themselves as "enrollment center" when you call.

May 15, 2008, approx 1:05PM PDT, received spam fax hyping "new health plan" from unidentified provider. Plan enrollment number is 866-727-0233. Number for removal from "Box Marketing database" is 866-446-1434.

Number for removal from "Box Marketing database" is 866-446-1434. There is a company by that name in the U.K. that offers assistance with brand launches. Whether that's the culprit, I don't know and don't have the resources to find out. Neither 866 number is listed in the reverse directory for toll-free numbers.

I've gotten several faxes from these people over the past several months. Calling them to be removed from their list does no good.  I filed a complaint with the Missouri State Attorney General's office (my state) and will also do so with the Texas State Attorney General's office.
They gave their company name as Equal Med Care, PO Box 6031, Austin TX 78750 although who knows if that's legit.
File a complaint with your state's attorney general's office!

I work for a university.  Our department gets these "New Health Plan" and other junk faxes all the time, and I'm sure they show up at just about every fax machine on campus.  I used to call to have our fax number removed from these solicitations (which the fax insists is "not" a solicitation). As you all are aware, such requests are ineffectual. We recycle the faxes by using the back for printing out emails and such, or cut them into quarters for scratch paper.

I called this number as I am in the market for health insurance. This is NOT a health insurance company. They only offer the possibility of some discounts from health care providers in their network, if there are really any. I spoke to someone who goes by Jason there.I asked him what the program covered for in hospital stays, as their flyer states that they cover hospital visits. He said, "nothing." So I asked him what would happen if I had taked out this program, thinking that it was health insurance, and had a heart attack. His response was, "I'll guess that you'll die and go t hell." Enough said.

I got one of these, too, and noticed that the sender's fax number in the header showed MY number, NOT theirs. The caller ID for that call showed "Private" calling from 999-999-9999. I received their spam fax on May 30 referencing their bogus Health Insurance plan. The fax is so amateurish as to make it laughable. They do not even list an address for their company! Does anybody really fall for this scam?

When you call the enrollment center, ask for Jason Miller, I just spoke with him and he told me that i should "climb into a hot bath and slit my wrists".  

I told him he is spam faxing propaganda, and he said that "Hitler spread propaganda too"

He also said he is going to send me faxes that are just black pages to waste my ink.  He also said he was going to call my house at 3am.  (this is because I called them over and over and kept trying to get their comapny information, which they never gave.)

He also said he cage fights in Austin Tx, well not cage fights, he just trains.

Stacy also picked up the phone and said she was one of the owners there.

Billy Jonston (woman) said she is from the hood and I am messing with the wrong person NOW!  She also said her friends were going to ruff me up..

One time a woman picked up and said she was the police department.  

I recommend calling these people and get their company address if you can and file complaints.
