Called and left a message that a process server was coming out tomorrow.  Called the company back and was told it was a debt from over 10 years ago. (debt has been paid previously)  Told them to give me information so my attorney could contact them.  My attorney contacted them and was put on hold and then hung up on.

Of course, they do not want to talk to someone who knows the law.

We received a phone call from a woman who says I am being sued over a debt and would be showing up at my house today between 3 and 5 o'clock and left this number.

I returned the call to this phone number in reference to a case number they had left on my voicemail. In the voicemail, it said that they will serve papers at home or work. I spoke to a Lauren Hayes, who never gave me the name of the company. She said the company is a mediation firm represented by an attorney group. She put me on hold for two to three minutes because she needed to pull the hard copy of my file. She came back two minutes later and asked if I signed any papers yet. I said "No". But what is it that I needed to sign. She said she could not disclose anything until I sign the papers. She never mentioned about anything that I had to sign. NOTHING. ZILCH. NADA.

I received same call and spoke with same lady who said I owed a debt, she wouldn’t give me any info nor would she send me paperwork, wanted me to pay by credit card

I never had this debt nor has it been on my credit report

To whom it may concern about this Ph# 866-727-0318...I was called twice on a private # from someone in Houston to serve me named Kelvin Storks after that left a message for rescedual...imagine that
