    I got a message today from 866-727-2856. It was Optimum Rewards of Cablevision (Optonline) advertising some promotion.

    I know we signed up for Optimum Rewards, so this is a legitimate call!!

    the do-not-call list only provides protection against companys you have no buisness with. If OOL is calling you from that specific, YOU gave them the number and YOU have buisness with them, otherwise they do not solicate. Conversely, you can call a representative and have them remove you from their call list, and they'll be more then happy to do so.

    Got a call from this number saying call immediately to consolidate credit card debt. I don't have ccdebt. I called back, repeatedly and repeatedly was hung up on when i asked why are they calling me
