I Received a call today from a blocked number. When I answered, the call ended. After a few minutes my phone showed I had a voicemail. The message said....
”This is Paige Collins  I am an independent contracted legal courier and I have been tasked with serving you legal documents. I will be at your residence tomorrow between 3-5 pm. If I can’t reach you there I will have no choice but to serve you at your place of employment, where I will need a  supervisor or head of security to sign off as a witness. If I can’t serve you at either of these locations, I will document that as a direct refusal to comply and you will miss your court date and the proceedings will continue without you. At the time of service, please have at least one form of photo identification available preferably a State drivers license. However if you have any further questions or concerns prior to my arrival contact the filing party’s office which is actually handling your case directly at 866-727-4708. You have been notified, and I will be out between 3 and 5 pm tomorrow so please make yourself available.”

I called that number and spoke with Tim Larson from Alternative Dispute Resolutions. Tim stated I owed $800 for an overdrawn account in 2008 with U.S Bank. When I asked for a debt verification letter he said he was a mediator and was not required to send me one. He said if I paid in full or set up a payment arrangement today they Wouldn't sue me in court, and He would send me a paid in full email. Otherwise I would be served with legal documents by Citiserve , and a judgment would be made against me for 2,000 dollars plus a 1,000 dollar fine. He also gave me an address for Alternative Dispute Resolution, 1001 Texas Ave. Houston Texas, 77002. I guess I will see if Paige actually shows up tomorrow.

Same call except I got Anthony Adams from Houston TX. It was suppose to have happened in 2012 in a county I didn’t live in.

No, the server never did show up. So this morning I call Timothy Larson and a guy named Anthony  answers, and he strangely sounds just like Timothy. When I pointed that out he hung up on me, and now it goes straight to a voicemail with a greeting from Timothy Larson. Total Scam.

You can tell it's a scam because real process servers do not call you ahead of time.  They get paid ONLY to serve those legal documents and they do not tell you to call another number and take care of the situation.

Same exact thing where I received a voicemail with the exact same script except the person that called was Kevin Storks. He said he would be at my home between 3-5 today but after reading these comments I’m sure no one will show up.

What makes me sick to my stomach is that YEARS ago I received a similar call and spoke with the person and the US Bank over draft $800 script was given to me and I actually believed them and paid it. Looks like I was scammed then and they are trying the same scam now.
