This afternoon at 4:15 Alaska Standard Time I received a telephone call from 1-866-731-7945.  When I answered the caller said a few unconnected sentences and then just before hanging up said "don't report us even though your phone number was on the do not call list". The call then went silent finally disconnecting

Yup, I received a call just a few minutes ago, they were
not making any sense, I reported them to the do not call registry
as we are on the list.

These Pigs gave me a call about some kind of health insurance and then hung up.  Why can't the recession take out these kind of morons.

I was called by 8667317945, I did not answer the call, then I called the number back, there was a strange tone after it was answered. Got my cell phone bill from att, I was charged 3.49 for making that call, the bill said I had called china, so I asked att how I was connected to china by calling a toll free 866 number, they had no answer to my question, so check your bill, think about it, att charges you 3.49 for calling this number, and if they get 100,000 customers who don,t check there bill, that adds up to a nice chunk of change, because you have to dial 110 then the country code 86 then your ten digit ph. number to call china.
