These people call me at least twice every day. I've filed several complaints with FTC but it make no difference. It has been like this for the past year. Most of the times, my phone rings only twice and then stops. When I try to call them back I get an error that the call cannot be completed as dialed. My wife once got an actual person on the line and asked for the calls to stop. That didn't help.
