Same caller that is being discussed at https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866-723-6215. Like there, "Maggie Cooper" called for someone other than me (though same last name) to threaten legal action; either a debt collector or a scammer. Here's the script she read to my voicemail:

"Yes, hello, this is a urgent message for [same last name, different first name, different gender even]. My name is Maggie Cooper. I am contacting her discuss a matter that has been forwarded on to my office for consideration of legal action including the filing of a complaint with the court to discuss these possible pending actions that may be filed against you you will need to contact the firm immediately at 866-732-2135 and please reference file number 160-9291. This is a time sensitive matter for her if you do not receive a response. We may proceed without your participation. Thank you."

Jerks and scammers.

Ditto.  Threatening legal action.  Also called a very distant
Relative and threatened them.  Will not Leave any info.  But give personal info,  too this errant person.  Illegal.
