    Over the past two weeks we have received numerous calls for a Donna Lee Heald about a Barnes & Noble credit account, including instructions to call 866-740-4298.  After about the sixth same call, I called the number and advised them they had the wrong number. They apologized and said they would remove our number from their list. The calls continued so I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. I got a manager and advised her that I knew no one by that  name, or similiar name, and that I have had this phone number of  over 3 years. I also advised them to cease harrassing me and made reference to the Fair Debt Collection Practices act which I've heard Clark Howard talk about.

    I have gotten more then 10 calls at all hours of the day and night from them I press the 3 that is supposed to tell their computer system that they have a worng number, but they keep calling and I have not been able to get a live person.

    I am on a special program through this company and schedule my payments months in advance, and yet they STILL call me every month to tell me I'm past due. They claim this is a "courtesy reminder", but all the message says is that I'm past due (I'm not) and each person tells me that the calls will stop. I finally told the person today this was ridiculous and they need to get their stories straight. We'll see next month.

    Called called regarding my juniper credit card account.  Said they needed my account info to help me and I refused to give the information telling them that they called me and should have that infor if it was a ligit call.

    I just got a call from Juniper regarding my payment due. The person asked when I can make a payment I was very nice, explained we just got audited and we are unable to pay,doe the fact IRS wants there money now and first. Then she keep asking me when can I make a payment again I told her not until IRS says they are done, which might take 3 yrs. We do our best to caught up after we get IRS taken care of. Then she asked me if I had a job and when can I make payment. Then she said she could not hear me, weird. I then asked her would she like me to just kill myself would make her happy in order to get her attention. Now these companies up the rates on the credit cards, plus made the payments so hard to even get caught up, then now they just call and call. I going to record every call in a journal and try to understand why our government is not helping us and they give all the banks the $. I not a person who don't pay there bills, but these people are impossible to deal with. Maybe change our number is the best or stop the land lines from coming into the house. And advise please let me know. If we fight back with credit cards, and we just stoping what will happen to these credit cards then. face it our FICO is shot already from them.

    Called them and computer asked for my personal info. Tried to talk to a rep and couldn't get a hold of anyone, asked me to call back during "regular business hours". I have a sneaky suspicion that it is a scam given that I canceled my card over 4 years ago and they called me.

    Call was regarding a late payment on our Carnival Sea Miles MasterCard. The Customer Service number belongs to Juniper Credit Cards, which was acquired in 2004 by Barclays Bank in Delaware. If you don't recognize the names Juniper or Barclays it may be because this company services reward cards offered by other companies such as AirTran Airways, ATA Airlines, Barnes & Noble, Best Western, Buckmasters, Carnival Sea Miles, Century 21 establishments, Orbitz, RaceTrac, iTunes and Travelocity.

    I keep getting multiple calls daily from this number looking for Don Macleod for travelocity rewards card. I have contacted them twice that I am not that person and do not know who he is, but they continue to harass me every day. Can someone make them stop calling me please!

    called over the last few weeks, today they called at 8am on a sunday, then every 10-15minutes after. finally my husband got annoyed for being woken up repeatedly and picked up.  the message did not identify itself but asked if it was me, and then wanted my last 4 digits of social.  my husband half asleep stupidly put it in and then said i had a late payment of $16 for a bill of $110 due on march 20th, which makes no sense.  then demanded customer service and the recording hung up.  is this one of those identity theft schemes?  if so i'm freaking out as they have my social now!
