Hello, the woman name Alesen  was rude talking with me, she was  assuming that I could pay the whole amount just because she had experienced with other customers in ALMOST similar situation like mine ( unemployment and in social service), she raised her voice to me.  She was stubborn and not undestandable.  Impossible to speak with that woman. My question is if is there something that  I can do. I can't pay right now and I don't want to deal with that woman. Actually I can pay at all. My bank account is 0 now.  Any suggestions?

That is the OFFICIAL notification.  Phone calls, emails, faxes & texts are NOT considered official notification of a  debt (and are  basically meaningless).

These ppl do not stop they have called as early as 7 am and I get a letter saying I owe money but didn't say what for then get other one saying I owe for a student loan, never in my life have I ever had a loan of such, then they wrote saying we know ur working and more then capable  of paying I don't work I'm disabled  and one they use my maiden name then they use my married name how do I get them to stop harassing  me

They call us looking for my ex who had never lived here with me infact this is a town 1200kms away from where I lived with him and I minced here because my new hubby owns his house here so we decided to stay here.   My ex had never even been here but I guess since him and I lived together over 6 years ago they think I still talk to him.   I explained to these people that my ex was an abusive [***] who I never wish to speak to again then they say well you have kids with him so you DO all talk to him.  I then told them that both my kids live with me and that one of them is actually in her own  place now with her own child and my other one that does live with me is not allowed to talk to his dad and his dad isn't even allowed to talk about him to me as that would be indirect contact because they're is a restraining order between my ex and my son because he got charged for beating our 15 year old son while he still lived with him.   I then said that man is s monster asks I will not own the door of communication with him for any reason.  I was then told to not be so selfish and childish asks call him for them.  U then said I don't know his phone number as he had hag it changed several times since we broke up and then they say how do i know his number had changed several times if i don't talk to him so i day will it isn't your business bit my son still lived with him until his dad got charged for hiting him then they say that I could call his family and when I refused they just informed me that they will continue to call me until I finally give in and call him for them but I would think talk to him for any reason so they will have a lot of wasted time calling me for him.  They ate so ruthless

Idiot attempting to tell me he has private business information to discuss with "name here". I asked all about who he is and the nature of the call.  Kept asking me if I was "name here".  I repeated, who is this and the nature of the call.  He said, "I am the one asking the questions."  Idiot...talk to a dial tone then!

Called here for first time. Now blocked.

Called at 7am. Unacceptable. Caller is now blocked
