When I tried to call the number it just says "you reached the office" no business name was announced.  Just block the number.

    Sick of It
Same thing - message left by "Tina" stating that I must call  "county process dispatch" to prevent an "officer arriving at my residence within the hour" to deliver "a court ordered summons". And this "call needs your immediate attention". No details left about what the summons is for?  I do not have any debt collection or other legal matters pending, so this is definitely a scam.  I filed a complaint with my local FBI office for fraud. It has now been more than the threatened hour and no one has stopped by yet!

called crom Chino number twice no message (909) 247-3263, hour later my phone did not ring but I had a message from Patricia, Pima County Process, indicating they had not been able to serve arrest papers and my daughter (used her name) had been officially notified of warrant and need to report to 866-750-8647 immediately.  Same recording was left on my daughters phone and another ex relative.  Called back, Jennings Legal Service asking if they were with the Pima County Procecuters office, denied, attorneys involved in Legal matter.  Daughter called and finally got him to tell her it was an old debt to Kay Jewelers.  She had paid in full this debt to another collection agency.  He insisted she send him a fax of the letter from the other collection agency at (909) 981-2740 Michael Davidio.

After speaking to Kay Jewelers and being convinced that the agency she paid was the scammer she called Tucson Police Dept.  The officer said They have had multiple calls today about this Jennings company trying to collect debt already paid.  Yesterday the Chino number was trying to claim IRS fraud with callers. The officer said some have gone so far as to dress up and flash a fake badge to intimidatepeople to pay resolved debt in our county.  He advised her not to share any more info with this man, address etc, and if anyone comes to the door, not to answer and call 911 and let a police officer confront them.

Remember REAL debt collectors will not say they have a warrant for your arrest, it is not a crime to owe a debt, even if it is fraud the police will file, not a collection agency.  You can be sued But you must be given papers to appear in court.  These are scare tactics used to get you, friends and family to pay debt, usually debt already written off or paid.

The TPD officer said to immediately report all phone numbers and names to ftc.gov if phone, if emails are received ic3.gov

Called my other half twice today, n knew his information, said it was an old debt through Kay Jewelers, the guy 'Jim Walker' from Jennings Law Firm, located in Los Angeles, Ca,  insisted that my other half pay over $800.00 so he wouldn't call the sheriffs dept., n he was so persuasive that my other half gave him his acct information n he finally told me this had happen later this afternoon. I felt like this was a scam since he never received any mail from this company before, so I looked up this number
    (866)750-8647 n found this page.
