Received a call from 866-751-005 at 2:30 pm on Wednesday 01 July.  No caller ID was provided, I do not answer unknown numbers so I let it go to voicemail.  The caller used my first name as her own, said she was trying to reach me regarding an urgent legal matter, and used publicly available info about my street name and county I live in.  She did not specify the company she was calling from nor the nature of the legal matter, only that I had to respond or they would have to take action, and that they wanted to send documents to my home on my street, but did not provide the actual address where I live to confirm where they were sending them.  I was to call them back with some sort of phony claim number to discuss.

Since I have perfect credit and haven't had a traffic ticket in about 10 years, this is a scam.

866-751-0051 is the number.

Yeah, I just got a call too. It said private #, I answered it only because my mother is in hospice several hundred miles away & you never know. She said her name was Natasha or Laquicha or something & that count papers due to a civil matter had been undeliverable to my address (insert stteet name only)That is my hometown, I left a year ago. She also have me this number & said it was "Legal Services" & have me a case number starting with my two letter state code. She told me to call, get info then they'd update my address. Too generic & an 866 number? Also she told me when I pressed her that she had no idea what it was or when that nothing had been filed yet. Then how could they have sent the paperwork out only to have it returned? Thanks Lady for upsetting my afternoon.  Didn't call them back. What BS.

yes just received this call, definitely a scam!!!!!

Just got a call this morning from a private number that apparently was for my father. I let it go to voicemail. Their office just recieved documents for a lawsuit and if he wanted more information he needed to call this number 866-751-0051 or action would be taken. It threw up all my BS red flags. They didn't say who they were, where they were, or any defining information. It was just legal jargon. People have my bugging my grandpa too for years saying they were his grandson asking for money, then he'd call me direct and I'd say "No way!" No way. Scam.
