All of the above.  Phished information.  We live in a completely different state.

The number shows it a US Government number and being a patient.

Debt collector, hospital bills.

WARNING: Scam Phishing call regarding alleged medical bill, same bill number as everyone else reported. Bullsh** company going by Adventist Health System, but use their portal # 1312*-1.port.athena to have "automatic pay drafts" done.

It's Florida Hospitals billing number

This is Advetist Health ( Florida Hospital) I received a bill 4 months after my specialist  visit (I paid what they said was my responsibility at the time, which was A Lot btw) I had an appointment with my GP the next week after receiving the bill. So I asked to pay my balance. They said I didn't have a balance, I said " ok then". Next thing I know I had a letter from collections and They keep calling.  I will not pay this bill since they screwed up... MORE than once and sent it to collections after ONE WEEK!  Kiss my butt. It was last year so it has already been written off by them anyway.

Legit reminder for me to pay my doctor bill to Advent Health in Orlando.

Got this number attached to an e mail for best buy geek squad wanting to auto bill for 499.00

Calls just about every day, but no message left

Constant calls regarding an attempt to collect a debt. I don’t have any debts this is a complete scam. Please be weary of any unknown numbers and don’t give out your information.
