They called me and said they was the department of legal services

i received a call from them too stating that they was from department of legal services

Person on the phone said he was from the Department of Legal Services.

Just called these fools!  This is a scam...do not call them...do not give them any money.  I asked for their mailing address so I can write a cease and desist letter and they hung up on me.  LOL

Idiots!  Check the laws in your local state for statute of limitations laws and crush them.  These folks harvest old records and pretend to be legitimate organizations.  

If they cannot answer the phone with a legitimate name - (department of legal services for whom?)
If they cannot give an address, they are a scam.  Know the law and they cannot fool you.

If anyone would like to file a lawsuit against these people i will provide their real information what they are doing is illegal & they are in violation with the f.d.c.p.a their co. Name is n.c.f. & associates which is national check filling & they r located at 1675 niagara st in buffalo ny

The owner of this company is a convicted felon. Her name is Grace Lodestro and she's in partnership with another convicted felon Derek Beard. They are using illegal scarcetactics in order to get people to pay out of stat debts. They used to work for a legit company and stole from them and went and started a company under someone else's name beacuse due to them both  being felons they could not do it on their own. I use to work for Grace and was practically forced into this as well. I recently found a legit job and left their company. I think its really wrong what they are doing to people. Do not pay them anymoney. They are a scam. They will not take you to court or sue you. They also tell some people they can do money packs and then when the person calls with the money pack number they put the funds on their prepaid card. Their has been a complaint filed with The New York State Attorney General.

Fraud fraud fraud. Employees are uneducated, under the table payed, manipulating welfare recipient abusers and frauders who steal and also buy peoples information to manipulate them into giving up valuable information to later steal thier identity and take business trips on their dime. I recieved a phone cal from a named nadeera and she told me about a past due account and said I can pay with my expired credit card and all she needed was all the credit cards information and my personal informationto reopen the account. I can tell not only by her delivery but her choice of vocabulary that she is not very educated. I knew immediately is was skeptical and confronted nadeera of the fraudulent gestures she was giving me and I told her I am reporting her agency. She did not give me the correct name of her agency, NCF and Associates probably isnt the correct name either but since my father is a retired FBI agent, I had his pals track the number she called from location and found out that phone number was also a decoy and the business is under multiple entities and names. I also found out their payroll is not legit but only a personal account set by a woman named Grace. They are currently under investigation and all the employees will eventually be faced with federal charges.

I got a call from the same woman. She said she worked with legal services but I knew by her delivery and vocabulary that she couldn't possibly work with anything in the legal entitity. She threatened to have my house foreclosed and I told her thats impossible. Noone ore anything can MAKE someone's house go into foreclosure unless I dont pay my mortgage......idiot!!!

Dont worry, She will eventually regret manipulating people and stealing their hard earned money and retirement funds to benefit herself. Her legitimate name is Nediera Evelyn Baker and she just turned 27 last month. After my father and his friends are done investigating this illegal company, she'll be celebrating her 28th and 47th birthdays in federal prison along with her co-workers as her cell mates.

Great for all of us. By the way, I dont even live in New York State. I live in Indiana and I wonder if they even bother people locally or just is out of state.

My father says its all primarily out of state. They use decoy phone numbers from random states but nothing is non-traceable from the Federal Government. Be patient.

Sounds like to me you are a disgruntled collector Mariah who has nothing better to do than try to bring people down who know how to make money. But ask around....Recently in Buffalo bad things have been happening to Rats and snitches. Your time will come soon enough to meet with me.  Nothing is non-traceable by a paid lawyer.  Be patient.

Scam scam scam. Called two of my relatives and left messages about a case number and needing to deliver papers. I called them and told them to come deliver the papers, I'm home. They wanted phone payment instead and hung up when I asked for their street address and incorporation name and state.

Ha ha ha! I guess I pissed  off a guy "Michael " when he called asking for someone else I told him wrong number then hung up. Ha! He called right back angry demanding to know why I hung up him. After someone tells you wrong number what else is there to say, right? So he was demanding to know why I hung up on him, while explaining myself he hung up on me, as if to "teach me a lesson ". So I called the number back thinking this was a legitimate company, ready to complain to the manager. The same guy answers saying National accounts manager and I purposely asked to speak to the main manager, he put me on hold and then pretended to be the manager. Ha ! I hung up on him again! He then called me again but I was through playing I didn't answer. So stupid!

So some of these employees of National Collectors aka NCF and Assosciates bka other entiites no longer work for this company. Some decided to branch off to their "sister" corporation to continue to scam, while others took their trash to legitimate companies. It's sad that people can waste time to manuipulate and steal other peoples information, but can't spend time to educate themselves to qualify for the many, many available legitimate, good paying careers. I was reading the earlier comments, because I was once almost scammed by them, and specifically by the woman Nediera. she gave me a false name at first, and when she gave the name Nediera later in our conversation, I confronted her on the name change and my suspiscions and she hung up. When I called back, she said she was speaking to someone else in the office. So either way, someone in that office does in fact go by the name of Nediera. I never forgot that name in case anything suspicious was to happen with either my personal information and/or finances. An investigation is pending with  both this company and Nediera. Maybe that's why she left the company, but what she doesn't realize is she can change the location of her job, but her sins and garbage will follow her as the investigation is. I really hope she thought fully in what she has done. I've seen reports that people's stolen information was used to pay for trips, food and clothing by multiple individuals affiliated with this corporation and thus, the many open investigations. Do not give any information out without first investigating, because you may fall victim to these fraudulent behaviors of these careless individuals.
