    They ask for the ID# and then my phone number. She told me they would send me $200.00 dollar rebate and the post card said $100.00 rebate. I then ask her what this was about and she cut me off. It is a post card sent to me from Rebates Mobil,Shell Exxon and more. I called them to check on this. I feel this is a scam but how many more are they sending out?
