I am getting so sick of these [***]. This all relates to payday loan scams saying you have check fraud. We have contacted the FBI FTC, AND BBB and they are calling for my sister. What pisses me off is they are calling my exes family and even him. We have been divorced for 12 years my sister has no relations with any of them. They have pulled my info and have called them looking for my sister. Where do they get off pulling my information when this has nothing to do with me? The Government and all these companies that are outsourcing to foreing countries for cheap labor. They are to blame when these companies hire people who are taking our info slling it to scammers who are trying to rob us left and right. We need to get on the Governments assand they need to do something about this its F'nbullshit!!!

The called me, my family, and now they are calling my employer. Not sure who these people are but they threaten charges and me being served etc. Is there away to stop these calls?
The person named Kent Rivers called from a Dallas number 972-479-5209 and told me to call 866-751-4055. I haven't called them yet. Should I?

This number called my stepdad's house plus my sister in laws house today. How they got either of these numbers is amazing. But, they screwed up bad. They gave out my personal info to my step dad and sister in law. Saying that they was suing me and even gave my file number. I am reporting them today. So sick and tired of the crap.

I got the same thing happen to me. They have called 3 times from 3 different numbers, to my home, my husband's cell, my cells and my parents' home. I called the Attorney General in my state and they indicated that this is a scam. Be safe and give no information, file a complaint as well. Thanks. The guy that is calling is Rick Allen.

I recieved a call from this number today for the first time,stating I have two charges aginst me the only thing is that the name they gave on the voice mail was not even me. I called the 866 number that was left just to see what it was they answered the phone as allstate WTF....... scam or no scam this [***] should be illegal. I gurantee you if it were me doing someting like this I would get in some deep [***] ...... just saying

I too am having problems where these people are calling my family,  my exes family, and giving out my personal information to them. They are calling from numbers listed with the area codes of my family's phone numbers and then harassing and lying to them. They are threatening charges against me also, and claim I have been served via a family member.
Personally, I will not call them back!  If they don't have your personal phone numbers DON'T call them back from them IF you desire to speak with them. Use a pay phone from a town other than yours. Even if you block your number from your end, anyone with an 800, 866, etc. number will be able to see it anyway.
This is a debt collection call probably from a defaulted payday loan, unpaid medical bill or something like that. I had a payday loan that I paid on for a year and a half but had to keep renewing because I could never catch up with the fees, etc after being laid off. I figured they got their money back a hundred times over and finally just quit paying. They have threatened me with "bad check" prosecution, which it is not, by the way according to the structure of payday loans in general, so don't let them fool you that way. I got into a trap, the only way to stop it after a point was to simply quit paying. Bad mark on my credit, oh well. I can live through it...

By the way who can I complain to regarding the release of my private information to other people?

What is the name of the debt collection company you work for, huh Jimmy James Hill?? Full disclosure would be delightful! Company name address, you know the whole spiel!

Mr Jimmy James Hill is the one who leaves threatening messages, and claims that this was your "last chance" to contact him.  Claims that they have charges and a claim filed against you and you MUST give him your work and home address and phone (don't do it, by the way). Contacts FRIENDS and FAMILY MEMBERS and either makes it sound like there is a legal warrant out on you (which there is not) or maybe trying to find you to GIVE you money (which he is NOT). Tells your FRIENDS and FAMILY MEMBERS that by his talking to THEM you are "officially served" (which you are NOT). He also discloses information that he shouldn't to your FRIENDS and FAMILY MEMBERS!

Esq., The ADR Firm LLC in Atlanta, GA (404-507-6139) that are legitimate and DON'T seem to be
affiliated with these rude, crude, shady, downright illegal collection practices.

Consumer Comment: False Collection Pratices and lies. Harrassment at workplace, They also falsely
represent themselves as being associated with legitimate law firms. They call peoples' jobs,
speak with coworkers, human resources, supervisors, friends, friends of friends, family members,
spouses, ex-spouses, family members of ex-spouses, anyone they can. They lie, intimate the person
is about to be arrested for criminal charges, that they will be sued within 5 hours, papers being
served as they speak, papers served via the non-involved party they are speaking with, etc. They
talk to people other than the person actually involved and basically defame those people's names
and disclose personal and private information to people they legally should not be giving that
type of information to,whether or not it is true or false. They speak very forcefully and are
very intimidating with everyone. They threaten, scream, swear, lie, lie, lie and say whatever
they can to provoke a response. They never ever give their corporate office name and address.

They give P.P. boxes. They do not announce they are trying to collect a debt. They seem to deal
predominately with delinquent Payday Loans. Many times these loans have exceeded the statuate of
limitations in their respective states. They will not provide validation of debt letters on their

letterhead.

All these Company names seem to be affiliated. They are using the same collection scams/practices
to get people to call them to try to force a payment by fear tactics, use the same phone numbers
and have the same employee names:

If you did not take out the loan, then DON'T pay them.

My sister in law got a call on her cell phone, which is a new number, so not well known by anyone, and the person stated that they were looking for me, that they had a claim against me, gave her personal info, a claim number and this number to call. I have posted a link to this site to her, to show her that they are lying to her. This is a bunch of BS, and ILLEGAL!!!!
