Left messages on my cell, my former cell# from 10 years ago (which a relative has now), and my parent's home claiming that I have a complaint against me for an outstanding debt.  Said his name was Edwin Blake from Park & Associates, a law firm in Los Angeles.  Was very suspicious of this call so I called him back from my cell but blocked my number.  Male answered the phone - sounded like he was either saying Park or Clark & Associates, so I asked him "Where am I calling?"  He said "You don't know who you called?"  I replied "You stated the name of your business, I am just asking you to confirm what you said."  He got upset and yelled "How did you get this number?"  I blurted out "Oh my God, this IS a scam...", and he yelled back "You call from a blocked number and you don't know who you called?  Yeah right - go scam somebody else!" and he slammed the phone on me.  Yes, I'm so sure that this is totally how a legitimate law firm in Los Angeles behaves.

Hi Michelle, I've been getting calls from this number above 866-751-5363 every few weeks and when I ask about the address
they don't want to give it to me. But yet the have a lot of info on me. Which worries me.  Do you really think this could be a scam??
Today also they tried to talk with my supervisor.

Person calls and says they are needing to speak to a member of my family concerning a civil suit. I called the number back and there is a recording.

Yes, quite certain it's a scam.  If they were legitimately trying to collect a debt, they would be required to provide info like the business name and address, and if you requested it,  they would be required by law to provide proof of your debt in writing.  As far as the info they have, like it or not, a lot of it is out there on the internet.  My father was certain it was legit because they had the unlisted number for his landline.  But that's how I knew it wasn't - I have never and would never give out my parents unlisted phone # as a point of contact.  Tell them that you need their address so that you can send a written "cease and desist" order, which is supposed to prevent them from contacting you by phone.  If they are legit, they will comply.

What Michelle said as far as a scam is correct. These crooks don't provide a name for who they "represent" because they haven't thought one up yet. Most con artists don't think past the present time and are unable to function well when they're defending themselves, especially in an extortion scam such as this. That has a lot to do with why pests often cuss you out, say absurd, vulgar remarks, beat around the bush, or hang up on you. If you haven't received anything in the mail regarding any outstanding debt, don't worry about it. Better yet, ignore unknown numbers entirely if you're able, and hear even less from unwanted callers. These clowns mean to instill fear so you pay a bogus debt, but if there's no kind of answer from the numbers they call, no chance of that happening.

Alfter hours robo-greeter IDs them as "Clark and Associates".  At least thats
what it sounds like.  Has a history of debt scamming on 800notes.

This could also be something called Preston, Clark and Quinn Associates aka PCQ Associates,
Looks like another  Riverside California Buffalo Bully.  Not certain about this.
