This company threatened to take me to court and to serve papers at my workplace. You can not be garnished if you make under a certain amount. They also can't take your disability or Social Security. If they do then they have to pay it back. These people said they sent paper work. From the bill I owed. If they do not send paper work then its not legal. Watch out for this kind of thing.

Is this place for real? I have gotten no legal documentation of any kind sent to me in the mail at all. I would think if someone was taking me to court over something, they would have to send certified mail, or something in the mail of some kind. They leave very detailed messages on my voicemail also... like giving out information about an account that I supposedly have somewhere.

this particular person called me but could not give me any information about the "legal paperwork" this is really getting on my nerves

Got a message left on phone said needed to know where to meet me to get papers...scam....scam......scam.

keeps calling me saying i owe this company yet again for a debt that was already paid for. said the company filed bankrupt and that the judge granted them the ability to go after clients yet again. keeps calling my work when told not to. when i told them none of what he was saying made sense he said he could not help that i was too dumb to understand. why should i pay for this company who went bankrupt yet again not fair to me and i do not think a judge would allow that. these people need to stop this non sense
