this is a actually from comcast. doing a survey about why i canceled the service.

Keeps calling. Hangs up when answered.

Voice mail from Comcast. Calls repeatedly even though number is on my block list, able to leave messages.

Call numerous times.  Never leave a message.  If it is Comcast, I am glad they are not my cable and internet provider

Calls 8 times per day. I don't answer.
i don't even have service with them!

Comcast asking why I cancelled.  Offered me a "special" deal that was the same one the "loyalty" department offered when I cancelled which was 50% more a month than I was paying them last month, and 60% higher than the deal I got from a competitor.

Call me several times a day on my home and cell phone. When I answer there is never anyone there. So annoying!!

Have a call blocker and they never get through. It does not even ring anymore. Just kicks them out. Shows up on caller ID only. Sure nice and peacefull. I got rid of this company also because they are always increasing their rates.

Ok, call this number: 888-824-8264 This is phone number to Comcast that they don't advertize. Say or press buttons saying that u are a comcast customer, even if not true. Pick Technical Help (the ONLY way you will ever get to talk to a human being. Once u pick it the computer prompts will ask you what it can help u with....DON'T answer it, then punch cable tv help. When you get to the person tell them that the number that is calling u keeps hanging up, and that you want to be taken off the call lost. BTW this is NOT Collections, just an annoying exit survey that doesn't work.

If this is Comcast, have no idea why they are calling me.  I cancelled Comcast.

if this is Comcast phone number, i just recently cancel service from them, they try to rip me off with their service  by initially offer internet service for 29 bucks then after 6 months, increase almost 10 dollar every month, by the time i cancelled my service my monthly bill is about $80/month, and i am not even using internet that much. They are [***] who try to take your hard earn money away from you. Is there a way to report them to the FTC, or bring a lawsuit against them?
