Got the same msg as above, called the # and the recording before the agent tells you its BOA Overdraft protection dept. They make outbound calls to people overdrawn on their accounts

It is NOT bank of america, it is a scam.  If you get a message from a bank or credit card company, always call them back on the 1-800 customer service number on the back of your card.

This was an automated call to settle overdraft fees on my Bank of America Checking Account.  I called the number and spoke with a Senior Associate, and he was able to waive most of my fees.  The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly, unlike when I called the BofA 800 Number, and I was hung up on, and they gave me the runaround.

Yeah I recieved a call from an unknown number and the voicemail was automated stating it was time sensitive matter and they wanted to extend a limited time offer to me. they told me to call the 1-866-754-1587 between the hours of 8am and 11pm, and when I returned their call it just beeped as if it were a fax machine or something. So I immediately called bank of america at the number on the back of my card, to inquire about this number but their offices were closed. So I don't believe it was actually bank of america calling since the times did not match up, and the insane beeping I encountered when I did call that number. I think it's a scam and I hope I don't get charged some crazy fee for calling that number.
