Company wants to scam me for more money after knowing that I paid a different company for the same thing, but this company is harassing all my family members and also my job, they are threaten to serve me a warrant.I just don't kno how to deal with this matter I don't have free money to keep giving away.

These people call my cell and then call my job which is a hospital and claim they've been trying to contact me by mail and phone multiple times and have never gotten any mailings and this is the first phone call I've gotten, they're nothing but scammers. I don't owe these people any money!

Someone by the name of Ashley called saying she was a process server and I would be served tomorrow afternoon at my house and if I wasn't there would go to my job. Called my cell, home phone and my kids cells. Left this 866 # no company name

Did they ever show up to your place of residence.

Received a call from Terrance Cole, state licensed process server. He stated he was going to serve me a summons, tomorrow between 12-2. He stated if I wasn't going to be home, I needed to call 8667546446 to reschedule. I called my local clerk of court who advised me only sheriff deputies serve summons in my local area and they would just show up and not call ahead. I called the number and the vm said I reached the law office of John Reese and to leave a working number for him to call me back. After researching this, it definitely seems like a scam.

This company will not stop calling my husband. The ask for a man named Usef. We don't know him have no relation to any one with a foreign name. We are a Boyce and do not know this person. We've never been late on a bill. My husband serves in the military and we've never had any legal issues. He told them this twice and still gets calls. Clearly if you hear our accent we don't sound like a Usef. Finally got ahold of this company and they said it was John Reese law firm. Oddly enough they refused to give me their name but wanted mine. So out of frustration I gave it to them. They claimed to be issuing a summons. Well that's fine but clearly you have the wrong number and address. You'd think knowing the do not call laws this company would leave us alone after we told them half a dozen time this isn't us. They don't care they still call us. I'm giving them one more chance if they call again I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general.
