How is it fair that I was out of town & couldnt return the call and now I'm in court for this.?? BS!

He speeks the same story as who knew,received a call stateing I have several complaints and he is an investigator I will be summons and prosicuetted to the fullest extent of the Law if I refuse to call back whith in 72 hrs...claimes I have received several notifications in the mail,which I havent received anything!Gives a strong athority voice and is a true con-artist.....becarfull and fallow up with you athoritys!!!

Investigator Marinelli with Tri-State Attorneys in New York. Very rude man. Made threats about being served a court summons at my place of employment. My office manager told him I was not allowed to have personal calls at work. He said it was not personal that it was a court matter and he would continue to call.

What is this GRAP!!!! I know there is NOTHING I did wrong. My lawer is looken in to it. Hope they go down for HARRESMENT!!!!!!!!

BE advised that this a scam! If this person or company had the "power" they claim why would they call? They wouldve already file suit your jurisdiction or "hood" and what ever happened wouldve happened! But being that said cause they havent filed anything against anyone, and they are calling talking [***], just call them on the "bluff" by sayn "ok I/we will see your ass in court! I say this with confidence because of what i seen personally and heard from other people around the US. So be 'taken" by these [***]!

calls every day for the last week. I don't answer unknown calls. there has not yet been a message left.

Some kid from this number left a message laughing - said my name - laughed again and hung up (i could also hear laughing in the background).
