same call same message

I gotten several MSG's from a David Marshall regarding a Claim.  Did not stat what company he was calling from..Who is this calling?

This is SIMS and associates.  It sounds like a debt collection company to me.  David Allen, to whom we spoke, was very evasive.  It sounded very fishy.  He wouldn't give us any useful information, and therefore we didn't give him ANY info.

but they reverted to calling my moms house day in day out ,

all out of someone stealing my cc # from a online sale , one of there employee's stole the number used the card , i don't use online phones to call Mexico , and didn't buy a laptop  , cc company would not fight the charges , its been a mess  i stopped the cc and refuse to pay for the theft ,thus there chasing me for it

Just got a call from the same number.  Been calling my cell phone
over and over. Very annoying!

I got a call from them about a credit card bill from last year that I owed.  The representative was very pleasant and helped me find a repayment plan that I could live with because I had my hours cut at work.  Thank you for helping, I thought this would be a lot worse.

This person has called our home number several times.  Today was the first time out of, maybe thirty calls, that anyone left a message.  It sounded like the man used a voice-changing device, not quite robotic but inhuman.  He said several times it was not a telemarketing call, never said it was a collection call.  Did not say what company, or what debt, etc.  He identified himself as... Bob Simms, said it was urgent I call him back today.  We paid off all outstanding debts two years ago, went through a foreclosure etc.  There are no outstanding debts, unless his company is one of those who buys old, forgiven debts from years ago and tries to collect on them.
He isn't getting a call back from us.

It is a collection agency. They called by way of a computer. I called back and some lady said she works for Bob Sims then she said that it was her office but she still works for him. She had the area code but wanted an address. I told her if she had the number, she has the address along with the number, she wanted more information but didn't get it from me.

A man named Bob Simms called.  He said that the call was not a telemarketing call, but did not say what the call pertained to.  I have no outstanding unpaid debt, so I will not be returning the call.

GOT TWO DIFFERENT CALLS FROM 866-772-4131, ONE WAS A BOB SIMMS, SECOND TIME IT WAS APRIL CHASE.  SAME MALE VOICE RECORDING.  DON'T KNOW WHO THIS IS, BUT I'M NOT CALLING BACK.  IF THEY CAN'T TELL ME WHAT COMPANY THEY ARE WITH, THEN I'M UNABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.

called and left a voicemail.  the lady said someone had filed a complaint against me and that WE needed to get it taken care of. If this is collections, that's a tricky way to get to me.

Called me also and left a voicemail.  She said her name was Joanne Samone and that someone had filed a claim against a Dennis something-or-other.  I don't know any Dennis'.  Came through on their landline: 856-667-0287, but left the 1-866 # for call back. She sounded like a real Bitc*!

Keep getting calls from this number.  No one leaves a name or message.

Kept getting calls and when I answered it was a recording saying to call the number back, would't say which company it was and any collection comapny has to say what company they are calling from, its the law. I called my service provider and he looked up the number and saw that the FBI was investigating that number and to not call it back. I was getting phone calls twice a day on my cell for about a month then they stopped. Then I just got another call and picked up and the recording started to play then a man starting asking if I was Catherine, I asked him what company he was calling on behalf of and he snapped some company name really fast and could'nt get it then kept asking if I was Catherine and I told him no (hey, there is no law against a white lie). Then he said this is your phone but your not Catherine? Like I believe that sh*t, and hung up! If this were a collection agency then they are not operating in the correct and legal way. I plan to report this to the proper agency.

Yeah i got the same call but this time SIMS called my work and was like this was the only number that I left them to call. That is a bunch of cr*p they know where to reach me by mail and told them not to call me. Besides that I gave them all my paperwork of what is going on. And this time they left a name by Nicole Young.

Just got the same call from April chase and I needed to call back right away!  This is a collection agency.  I am reporting them to the FTC.  IF they continue to bother any of you file complaints - this is the only way to stop them.

Being called by a April Chase stating it was important for us to call back this number. Sounds like a male voice and never states why calling or who it's for. Tired of the phone calls and just want them to stop. How do we get them to stop

Getting calls once or twice a day from april Chase. I want the calls to stop aswell. I hard congress passed a law you cant use automated calls anymore. whats taking so long for them to shut this illegal [***] down?

866-772-4131 this number keeps calling and saying call April Chase..I say bite me..I owe no one...:)
