This is Google calling back to check on a service call I had to my house

yes, this is Google Fiber calling back about a downed line for service.

It's google fiber calling to apologize for a local outage that I didn't even know about. Imagine time warner/Comcast/spectrum/trash-cable to even considering doing that.  HA!

This was a valid recording from my TV/internet provider Google Fiber apologizing for a TV service outage in Kansas City that lasted about 2 hours on February 22.  The recording said something about the problem had been fixed and GF was working on a credit for my account.

"Google" about an overdue balance for google fiber.. Well jokes on them I guess, I don't have google fiber nor is it available in my area.

Wed 14th Mar 2018 "communication call message was incomplete/cutoff" jist of it is "...if payment made - disregard'. Too many entities not knowing what other entities are doing.

Called and said make a payment to avoid interruption.. but my payment comes out automatically.  I checked to make sure and the payment has been made.  Get it together.
